Die SDGs: Der Plan für eine bessere Welt? Einführung in die Entwicklungssoziologie.
Die jüngsten Ansätze der Millenium Development Goals (2000-2015) und insbesondere die Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (2015-2030) streben dabei einen umfassenden Wandel in den Ländern des Südens und des Nordens an und unterscheiden sich in verschiedener Hinsicht von Konzepten und Strategien des 20. Jahrhunderts.
Das Seminar gibt einen Überblick über die verschiedenen theoretischen und konzeptionellen Ansätzen in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Darüber hinaus stehen die SDGs im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung: Was ist von den Zielen zu halten? Wie werden die Ziele umgesetzt, und welche vorläufige Bilanz kann gezogen werden?
Dabei werden einzelne Länder bzw. Sektoren, je nach Interesse der Studierenden, genauer im Seminar behandelt.
