392013 Algorithmische Chemieinformatik (V) (SoSe 2024)

Im Rahmen des Kurses werden u.a. folgende Themen behandelt: die Repräsentation molekularer Strukturen, formale Graphersetzungssystem, Graphenisomorphie und Graphenkanonisierung, kombinatorische Strukturen sowie analytische Kombinatorik in der Chemie, minimale Zyklusbasen, Petrinetze und die Anwendung algorithmischer Methoden der Chemieinformatik im Bereich des metabolischen Engineerings und industrieller Anwendungen.

The following topics are contained in the course: representation of molecular structures, graph rewriting, graph isomorphism and graph canonicalization, combinatorial structures and analytic combinatorics in chemistry, minimum cycle bases, Petrinets, and the applications of algorithmic cheminformatics for metabolic engineering and for industrial applications in general.
