230033 Die Weltlage (imSpiegel der Medien) (S) (SoSe 2024)

Was ist Fakt und was ist Fake? Wodurch wird etwas zum Fakt? Welche Rolle spielt das Framing zur Herstellung von Fakt und Fake? Was sind Echokammern, was sind Filterbubbles? Gibt es Trollfabriken? In den Kulturen der Digitalität stehen wir zunehmend vor dem Problem, Informationen verfizieren, Frames erkennen, unbestreitbare von umstrittenen Tatsachen (Latour 2017) unterscheiden zu müssen und uns dazu zu verhalten. In diesem Seminar werden wir uns anschauen, wie Medien die kulturelle, politische, soziale und wirtschaftliche Lage der Welt darstellen und uns darüber austauschen. ? Dazu werden wir uns einen regelmäßig aktualisierten Überblick über die Weltlage im Spiegel unterschiedlicher Medien verschaffen und diesen diskutieren.
