WICHTIG: Es gibt zur Vorlesung ein Begleittutorium, in welchem die Vorlesungsinhalte in Form von klausurvorbereitenden Übungen vertieft werden. Der Besuch des Tutoriums ist freiwillig, aber das Verständnis der klausurvorbereitenden Übungen ist unerlässlich für eine erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Klausur.
KURSINHALTE:
Die Phonetik und Phonologie beschäftigt sich mit der Beschreibung und Modellierung lautsprachlicher Phänomene und ihrer linguistischen Funktion. Zu diesem Zweck ist es notwendig, sich mit der Wahrnehmung (Perzeptive Phonetik), der Produktion (Aussprache, Artikulatorische Phonetik) sowie akustischen Erscheinungsformen (Akustische Phonetik) und der symbolischen Notation (Deskriptive Phonetik/Symbolphonetik) von Lauten zu beschäftigen. Neben der Einleitung in die zentralen Teilbereiche der Phonetik wird es eine grundlegende Einführung in die linguistische Funktionsebene lautsprachlicher Phänomene, also der Phonologie oder Funktionalen Phonetik, geben. Hierbei werden verschiedene phonologische Beschreibungsformalismen und Theorien einleitend vorgestellt. Als Ergänzung zur Vorlesung wird ein freiwilliges Tutorium angeboten, in welchem die Lehrinhalte anhand praktischer Übungen vertieft werden.
