Dieses Seminar wird als Online-Seminar (synchron) in dem dafür vorgesehenen Zeitfenster (Mo 16-18 Uhr) stattfinden.

Ein immer größer werdender Teil unserer Bevölkerung ist bi- bzw. multilingual. Wie erwirbt und organisiert das kognitiv-linguistische System die (gleichzeitige) Kompetenz in zwei oder mehreren Sprachen? Wie verläuft der bi- und multilinguale Spracherwerb? Welche kognitiven und linguistischen Mechanismen (ko-)operieren bei einer reibungslosen Produktion und Perzeption nur einer der beherrschten Sprachen? Im Seminar werden mono- und bilinguale Sprachverarbeitungsmodelle gegenübergestellt. Anhand von aktuellen empirischen Studien sollen spezielle Themen wie z.B. Interferenz und Inhibition bei bilingualer Sprachverarbeitung erarbeitet und diskutiert werden; abschließend soll Bilingualismus bei älteren Sprechern und Menschen mit erworbenen Hirnschädigungen (Demenz und Aphasie) betrachtet werden.
