Contents, comment

In dieser Veranstaltung stehen Gespräche im Vordergrund. Dies sind Gespräche im Zusammenhang mit schulischen Beratungstagen und Elternabenden, aber es sind auch unterrichtsbezogene Gespräche mit Schüler:innen sowie Konfliktgespräche oder auch Tür und Angel Gespräche. Diese finden in der inklusiven Schule in multiprofessionellen Konstellationen statt.

Neben der Erarbeitung von Spannungsfeldern und Herausforderungen für Gespräche in schulischen Kontexten sollen in der Veranstaltung auch Gespräche konkret durchgeführt, reflektiert und geübt werden. Geplant ist, dazu den Einsatz von VR-Technologie und Avataren zu erproben. Ein Teil des Seminars findet deshalb voraussichtlich projektförmig in Kleingruppen statt.

Das Ziel besteht darin, den Studierenden ein grundlegendes Wissen aber auch Erfahrungen und damit Sicherheit in dem häufig als schwierig angesehenen Bereich der beratungsbezogenen Gesprächsführung in der inklusiven Schule zu vermitteln.
