Wer schon immer einmal viel Vergil übersetzen wollte, ist in diesem Seminar genau richtig! Wir werden Ausschnitte aus allen drei Werken von Vergil übersetzen und sprachlich-stilistische Besonderheiten besprechen.
Tiefer gehende Interpretation und Analyse finden im andern Vergil-Seminar statt, das ich hiermit wärmstens empfehle, das aber keine Voraussetzung oder Bedingung für dieses Seminar ist

Texte und Übersetzungen werden bereit gestellt.
Zur Anschaffung empfohlen: die sechsbändige (!) zweisprachige Reclam-Ausgabe von G.u. E. Binder. Der Kommentar ist nämlich exzellent.
