Dieses Seminar beleuchtet die traumasensible Beratung in organisationalen Kontexten und betrachtet zugleich, wie Fachkräfte der Sozialen Arbeit mit traumatischen Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Arbeitsfeldern umgehen.
Wir analysieren die Auswirkungen von Traumata auf Einzelpersonen und Teams, um ein tiefes Verständnis für die Komplexität traumatischer Erfahrungen zu entwickeln. Praxisorientierte Falldarstellungen und ein gemeinsamer Austausch sollen die Teilnehmenden dazu befähigen, traumasensible Beratungsstrategien in organisationalen Settings anzuwenden und unterstützende Organisationskulturen zu fördern.
Gleichzeitig wird aus einer erziehungswissenschaftlichen Perspektive betrachtet, wie (sozial-)pädagogische Beratungsangebote für traumatisierte Menschen entstanden sind und sich von etablierten Traumatherapiekonzepten unterscheiden. Hierbei spielen Aspekte des Alltagsbezugs und der Alltagsbewältigung in der Sozialen Arbeit eine zentrale Rolle. Es werden psychotraumatologisches Wissen, Kennzeichen einer traumasensiblen Grundhaltung sowie Methoden und theoretische Konzepte zur professionellen Beziehungsgestaltung vorgestellt.
Es wird erwartet, dass die Teilnehmenden sich inhaltlich aktiv im Seminar einbringen und die bereitgestellten Texte zur Vorbereitung lesen.In dieser Veranstaltung findet ein Platzvergabeverfahren statt.
