Die Veranstaltung „Ausgewählte BGH-Entscheidungen im Aktien- und GmbH-Recht“ (Belegnr. 291025 im WS 2020/21) richtet sich insbesondere an Studierende im Schwerpunktbereich 2 („Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftsrecht“). Es werden Themen des Aktien- und GmbH-Rechts anhand von ausgewählten BGH-Entscheidungen vorgestellt und vertiefend erörtert.
Veranstaltungszeiten: Di 10 – 12 Uhr. Beginn: 27.10.2020.
Zum Ende des Semesters wird im Anschluss an die Lehrveranstaltung eine SPB-Aufsichtsarbeit i.S.v. § 17 Abs. 1 StudPrO 2020 angeboten.
Die Lehrveranstaltung muss in diesem Semester als reines ONLINE-Angebot konzipiert werden. Die Zugangsdaten wurden allen über das ekVV angemeldeten Teilnehmerinnen/Teilnehmern per E-Mail übermittelt.
