In BWL 2 werden die Grundlagen aus BWL 1 vertieft. Sie üben die Problemlösungskompetenz betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen. Das Seminar orientiert sich dabei an den Aufgabenfeldern, in denen Nicht-Ökonomen in Unternehmen häufig eingesetzt werden. Das betrifft Querschnittsfunktionen wie insbesondere Entwicklung eines Geschäftsmodells, Projektmanagement, Einbeziehung in die unternehmensinterne Organisationsentwicklung und Change-Projekte oder auch Beratungstätigkeiten.
Hierbei kann es zu thematischen Überschneidungen mit anderen Seminaren kommen. Da alle Lehrenden eigene Blickwinkel und unterschiedliche Erfahrungen und Herangehensweisen mitbringen, ist Abwechslung garantiert.
