Diese Vorlesung bildet den Einstieg in das Modul 31-IndiErg-11 und vermittelt die Grundlagen der Unternehmensnachhaltigkeit.

Im Mittelpunkt stehen Umwelt-, Sozial- und Governance-Themen (ESG) – zunehmend relevant auch in der Unternehmenspraxis. Neben der theoretischen Einführung werden zentrale Konzepte diskutiert und kritisch reflektiert.

Die Vorlesung gliedert sich in drei Themenblöcke:
(1) Sustainable Finance and the Economics of ESG
(2) Sustainability in HRM
(3) Sustainability Reporting

Sie bildet die inhaltliche Grundlage für die weiterführenden Lehrveranstaltungen des Moduls.
