Ausgehend von einer kurzen Rahmung zum inklusionspädagogischen Perspektiven und Problematisierungen betrachtet das Seminar zunächst sogenannte Lehrer*innenleitbilder und dann professionstheoretische Entwürfe zum Lehrer*innenhandeln und auch zum sonderpädagogischen Handeln: Leitend sind Fragen: Was ist überhaupt Professionalität und professionelles Handeln? Wie verändern sich Professionalität und professionelles Handeln im Kontext von Inklusion? Welche unterschiedlichen theoretischen Perspektvierungen finden sich hier?
In einem zweiten Schritt soll dies anhand von Blicken auf die schulische Praxis vertieft werden.
Im Seminar wird mit Lektüre wissenschaftlicher Texte, gemeinsame Diskussion dieser Texte, gelegentlicher Gruppenarbeiten und weiteren Impulsen wie Vorträge durch die Dozierende, Fallbeispiele usw. gearbeitet.
