In diesem Seminar wird literaturbasiert ein Personalauswahlinstrument entwickelt.
Die Entwicklung geschieht in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Unternehmen als Praxispartner.
Diese Veranstaltung knüpft damit an die arbeits- und organisationspsychologischen Inhalte der
Veranstaltung 270026 Einführungsseminar Arbeits-, Organisations- und Sozialpsychologie aus dem
WiSe 2024/2025 an. Die Veranstaltung findet in Präsenz statt.
Die Veranstaltung startet am 07.04.2025.Für diese Veranstaltung gibt es eine zentrale Platzvergabe.
Studierende werden darüber gesondert per Mail informiert.
