Die Veranstaltung vermittelt den einschlägigen Pflichtfachstoff des Schwerpunktbereichs 2 (Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung) im Aktien-, Konzern-, und Umwandlungsrecht. Interessierten wird auch die Möglichkeit zur Anfertigung der häuslichen Arbeit im Schwerpunktbereich gegeben. Gliederung und Literaturangaben folgen zur 1. Sitzung.
