Wahrheit ist zweifelsohne einer der zentralsten Begriffe der Philosophie. In diesem Kurs befassen wir uns mit der Frage, was Wahrheit ist. Wir diskutieren z.B., in welchem Verhältnis Wahrheit zu Tatsachen einerseits und zu Wissen und Überzeugungen andererseits steht und ob es neben objektiver Wahrheit auch subjektive (bzw. relative) Wahrheit gibt. Darüber hinaus besprechen wir, was es mit dem sog. "Post-Truth-Zeitalter" auf sich hat.

Veranstaltungsformat: Primär online
Die erste Sitzung am 13.Okt. findet online als Vorbesprechung statt. Die folgenden vier Sitzungen sind den Studierenden des Philosophischen Einstiegs vorbehalten (die Sitzung am 27. Okt. muss leider ausfallen). Wenn Sie sich für diesen diesen Kurs hier eintragen, entfallen für Sie also die Sitzungen am 20. Okt., 3. Nov., 10. Nov. und 17. Nov. So richtig beginnt für Sie der Kurs also erst ab dem 24. Nov. Alle Sitzungen ab diesem Termin finden voraussichtlich online statt. Wichtig: die Sitzungen umfassen 120 Minuten (von 14.00 s.t. bis 16.00 Uhr).
