In den letzten Jahren haben Spiritualität und Religiosität positive Aufmerksamkeit als Ressourcen seelischer Gesundheit gewonnen. Was bedeutet dies nun für die Gestaltung der therapeutischen oder beratenden Praxis? In diesem Seminar befassen wir uns mit
- Befunden zum Verständnis eigener Religiosität oder Spiritualität in unterschiedlichen kulturellen Kontexten
- Befunden zur Religiosität und Spiritualität Behandelnder
- Vorschlägen, religionspsychologische Methoden und Forschungsergebnisse in die Planung und Gestaltung von Therapien einzubeziehen
- Vorschlägen des Umgangs mit religiösen oder spirituellen Fragen aus der Sicht unterschiedlicher Therapieschulen und / oder religiöser Traditionen
Ziel: Überblick über den gegenwärtigen Stand der Diskussion zu Religion / Spiritualität in Therapie/Beratung sowie Anregungen für die begründete Erarbeitung eigener Strategien in therapeutischen und beratenden Tätigkeiten.
