Regulative Organisationen repräsentieren einen Organisationstypus, der zwar dem politischen System zuzuschreiben ist, der aber nicht nur Entscheidungen herstellt, sondern auch legislative und exekutive Funktionen innerhalb bestimmter Politikbereiche übernimmt. In diesem Seminar soll die Vielfalt des regulativen Organisationstyps betrachtet werden, wie diese Organisationen mit den zahlreichen und einander widerstrebenden Aufgaben umgehen und welche Folgen dies für die Organisationen selbst haben. Das Ziel dieses Seminar besteht darin, die bestimmenden Merkmale des Typus der regulativen Organisation herauszuarbeiten.
