300131 Einführung in eine Soziologie der Regulierung (S) (SoSe 2015)

War Regulierung bis vor wenigen Jahren noch ein Spezialgebiet, sowohl in der Praxis als auch der rechts- und politikwissenschaftlicher Forschung, kann in den letzten Jahren eine solche enorme Verbreitung dieses Typs gesellschaftlicher Steuerung beobachtet werden, die zu einer soziologischen Einordnung auffordert. In diesem Seminar sollen grundlegende Texte zur Regulierung gelesen werden, die einerseits das Phänomen erkennen lassen und es von anderen Steuerungsversuchen unterscheiden, andererseits sollen sie die Möglichkeit geben, das Phänomen der Regulierung und seiner Ausbreitung soziologisch zu reflektieren.

In diesem Seminar werden einführende Texte zur Regulierung ebenso wie Fallstudien gelesen, die Studierende in die Lage versetzen, Regulierung als soziologisches Problem zu erkennen und in seinen Folgen für die Regulierenden und die Regulierten einzuschätzen.
