Weit über die organisationssoziologische Literatur hinaus hat sich das Konzept des Organisationslernens eingeschrieben als Lösungsansatz, der immer dann in Anschlag gebracht wird, wenn Gutes und Wünschenswertes vorangetrieben werden soll. Dieser normative Ausgangspunkt hat Folgen für die Konzeption des Lernens von Organisationen, die in diesem Seminar aus einer Perspektive soziologischer Lerntheorien beleuchtet und kritisiert werden sollen.
