In diesem Seminar untersuchen wir Wahrnehmungs-, Aufmerksamkeits- und Handlungsprozesse mit Hilfe psychophysischer Experimentalmethoden. Wir designen dazu eine eigene Studie und führen sie anschließend durch. So lernen Sie Schritt für Schritt, wie wir eine Forschungsfrage finden, sie konkretisieren und ein Experimentalparadigma entwickeln, um sie zu beantworten. Dabei gehen wir auch besonders auf die (statistische) Auswertung ein und beschäftigen uns mit Techniken des computational modeling, die die Untersuchung kognitiver Mechanismen ermöglichen, die der Wahrnehmung und Handlung zu grunde liegen.
