Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist zunächst, zum Thema 'Familie' eine eigene Fragestellung (Hypothesen) zu erarbeiten. Diese Hypothesen werden dann anhand aktueller Daten mit Methoden der statistischen Datenanalyse empirisch überprüft. Dabei stehen methodische und statistische Aspekte im Mittelpunkt. Zur Sprache kommen deshalb sowohl Methoden und Strategien der Operationalisierung und ihrer Qualitätsprüfung wie auch Methoden und Strategien der Hypothesenprüfung.

Geplante Arbeitsformen
Gruppen- und Plenumsarbeit.

Lernziele und Kompetenzen
Die Studierenden vertiefen ihre Kompetenzen zur Operationalisierung theoretischer Konzepte, zur Qualitätsprüfung solcher Operationalisierungen sowie zur systematischen, differenzierten und integrierten Datenanalyse.

nachweislich erfolgreicher Besuch der VL Statistik I (= bestanden), Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen und aktiven Teilnahme, Bereitschaft zum eigenständigen Arbeiten
