Das Training wird in den ersten Wochen des Sommersemesters von Studierenden des Faches Deutsch als Fremdsprache in Zusammenarbeit mit Susanne Horstmann speziell für die o.g. Zielgruppe entwickelt werden.
Wir möchten die theoretische Mentorenausbildung um einen praktischen Baustein ergänzen. Dabei ist es uns besonders wichtig, dass sowohl MentorInnen als auch Mentees am Training teilnehmen: Mit interkultureller Kommunikation beschäftigt man sich am besten in interkulturellen Situationen.
Unser Ziel ist zum einen, das, was in dem Seminar "Interkulturelle Kompetenz als reflexive Haltung" theoretisch fundiert vermittelt wird, praktisch auszuprobieren, eigene Grenzen zu erfahren und Selbstverständlichkeiten zu hinterfragen. Zum anderen haben wir durch Auswertungen früherer Tandems erfahren, dass die Kontakte zwischen Mentorinnen und Mentees oft auf technische Orientierungshilfe in den ersten Semesterwochen beschränkt bleiben, obwohl von beiden Seiten eigentlich ein Bedürfnis nach intensiverem Austausch besteht. Auch dazu möchte das Training die Chance bieten.Im Seminar können Sie einen LP im Rahmen des DaF-IndiErg 2 (Berufsorientierung und Schlüsselqualifikationen) bekommen.
