Das Seminar „Lehrer*innenhandeln“ umfasst die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Professionalisierung und Anforderungen an das Lehrer*innenhandeln. In Reflexion didaktisch-methodischer Modelle und Konzepte werden Anwendungsbeispiele für die Grundschule entwickelt und erprobt (s.o.). Ein Schwerpunkt liegt darauf, Strategien und Handlungsmuster zu erwerben, die einer heterogenen Schülerschaft gerecht wird.
Folgende thematische Bausteine werden thematisiert:• Einflussfaktoren auf guten Unterricht
• pädagogische Beziehungen im Spannungsfeld von Nähe und Distanz
• Kooperieren und Innovieren
• Kommunizieren und Beraten
• Erziehen
• Unterrichten
• Leistung fördern und beurteilen
• Profession und Professionalisierungsprozess
