9. Marktplatzrecht - Zur Bedeutung von Online-Plattform-AGB für Verträge zwischen Platt-formnutzernDas Seminar findet als Blockveranstaltung in der zweiten Hälfte der Vorlesungszeit statt. Durch er-folgreiche Teilnahme am Seminar (Seminararbeit und Vortrag) kann bei entsprechender, im Vorfeld zu vereinbarender Ausgestaltung der Themen 4, 5 und 8 ein großer Grundlagenschein (§ 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StudPrO) erworben werden; ansonsten kann bei allen Themen eine Verbuchung als Hausarbeit im Privatrecht (§ 28 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StudPrO) erfolgen. Alternativ kann durch die Seminarteilnahme auch eine Schlüsselqualifikation erworben werden. Wird die Seminarleistung mit „gut“ bewertet, ist durch den zusätzlich ausgestellten Seminarschein die Promotionsvoraussetzung des § 5 Abs. 5 Nr. 1a PromO 2013 erfüllt.
