Im November 2016 stellte der Verband Bildung und Erziehung ein Gutachten vor, wonach die Gewalt (von Lernenden) gegenüber Lehrkräften erheblich zugenommen habe. Die Ministerpräsidentin des Landes NRW nahm auch dies zum Anlass, für Gewalt gegen Lehrkräfte, Polizisten, Ehrenamtler und andere härtere Strafen zu fordern. Gewalt gegen Kinder scheint jedoch in den Hintergrund getreten zu sein. Haben nicht eher sie gewaltige Probleme?
