Im Vorbereitungsseminar „Fallforschung/ Forschendes Lernen“ bauen die Studierenden ihre Kompetenzen im Umgang mit dem Forschungsfeld Schule und den dazu notwendigen Methoden aus. Dazu gibt das Vorbereitungsseminar einen Überblick über Methoden der Schul- und Praxisforschung, insbesondere der Beobachtung und der Interviewführung. Anknüpfend daran werden ausgewählte erziehungswissenschaftliche Fragestellungen im Bereich der Unterrichtsentwicklung und -beobachtung gemeinsam entwickelt und reflektiert. Schließlich werden im gemeinsamen Diskurs und selbstständig eigene Untersuchungen für begrenzte Fragestellungen aus der Schulpraxis konzipiert und die dafür angemessenen Forschungsmethoden ausgewählt. Diese eigene Untersuchung wird in Form einer Studienprojektskizze dokumentiert.
