Im Vertiefungskurs werden mathematische Schwerpunkte aus dem 3. und 4. Semester behandelt.
Für den Studiengang PuB werden Grundlagen der Inferenzstatistik, wie "Konfidenzintervalle" und "t-Tests" besprochen. Dieser Teil des Kurses findet vom 24.04.-12.06.2017 statt (6 Termine + 2 Feiertage).
Für den Studiengang WuG werden "Multivariate Optimierung", "Optimierung unter Nebenbedingungen (Lagrange-Multiplikator)" und "Regression" besprochen. Dieser Teil des Kurses findet vom 19.06.-24.07.2017 statt (6 Termine).
Studierenden, die Probleme in Mathematik haben, wird empfohlen, diesen freiwilligen Zusatzkurs zu besuchen.
