Der Kompetenzbegriff gilt im Zuge des Lebenslangen Lernens als Leitbild in unterschiedlichen Bildungsbereichen. Im Seminar soll zunächst der Kompetenzbegriff theoretisch erörtert und Hintergründe seiner Aktualität beleuchtet werden. Im Seminar setzen sich die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen darüber hinaus mit ausgewählten Kompetenzentwicklungsinstrumenten auseinander, insbesondere aus dem Bereich der beruflichen Bildung.
Die aktive und kontinuierliche Mitarbeit sowie die Übernahme eines Referates werden vorausgesetzt.
