Die Verfassungssoziologie hat sich zu einem der dynamischsten und innovativsten Felder der Rechtssoziologie entwickelt, da sie zentrale Aspekte einer soziologischen Theorie des Rechts thematisiert.
Wir lesen Auszüge aus wichtigen Texten zur Verfassungssoziologie.
Die Bereitschaft zu intensiver und umfangreicher Lektüre auch fremdsprachiger Texte ist unabdingbare Voraussetzung der Teilnahme.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der soziologischen Theorie, Grundkenntnisse der Rechtssoziologie. Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu umfangreicher Lektüre.

Regelmäßige Exzerpte, Präsentationen von Texten, Vorbereitung von Diskussionen mit Autoren.
Für die Modulprüfung im Modul "Rechts- und Regulierungssoziologie a/b" ist eine Hausarbeit erforderlich. Hausarbeiten müssen spätestens eine Woche vor Beginn des Wintersemesters in elektronischer Form und als Ausdruck abgegeben werden.
Hausarbeiten können auch während des Semesters geschrieben und im Seminar vorgestellt werden. Dadurch entfällt die "Nachbereitung" des Seminars in den Sommerferien. Vorschläge werden ggf. in der ersten Sitzung diskutiert. Bei Interesse ist Kontaktaufnahme vor Semesterbeginn empfehlenswert.
