The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
Students are expected to prepare for the classes through readings and other small tasks, provided by the lecturer in advance. We will be working with short student presentations and rely on group excercises to practice what we learned. It is therefore important to prepare for the sessions in advance. Please factor in this necessary time for preparation into your timetable.
