Das Seminar setzt das Seminar `Identität, Moral und Pädagogik` aus dem Sommersemester fort (wobei letzteres keine zwingende Voraussetzung ist) und rückt die Frage nach der Entwicklung von Identität in den Kontext des Handelns von NS-Tätern. Es geht also um die Frage, wie aus ganz normalen Menschen Massenmörder werden konnten. Im Fokus stehen hier insbesondere organisationssoziologische und entwicklungspsychologische Aspekte im Kontext der historischen Prozesse. Anhand von Fallstudien zu NS-Tätern werden die jeweiligen theoretischen Elemente integriert.
