Gleichheit und Differenz gehören zu den zentralen Begriffen des Umgangs mit Heterogenität. Auf den ersten Blick erscheint das Zusammenfallen von Gleichheit und Differenz paradox. Das Konzept der Heterogenität versucht dieses Paradoxon aufzulösen. Was aber bedeutet Heterogenität heute, wo liegen die Ursprünge und was ist das Besondere an diesem Konzept? Anhand von Texten von der Antike bis zur Postmoderne und Filmen werden wir diese Fragen im Seminar näher beleuchten und uns anschließend mit der Frage beschäftigen, inwieweit das Konzept der Heterogenität auf der Grundlage einer tendenziell konservativen Bildungspolitik verwirklicht werden kann.
Die aktive Teilnahme wird durch regelmäßige Teilnahme sowie das Halten eines Referates, bzw. einer schriftlichen Ausarbeitung erworben.
