In dieser Veranstaltung werden die immer bedeutsamer werdenden internationalen Bezüge des Strafrechts behandelt. Das ist neben den traditionellen Problemstellungen des Strafan-wendungs- und Rechtshilferechts insbesondere die Entwicklung eines ¿Europäischen Straf- und Strafverfahrensrechts¿. Dabei wird vor allen die Bedeutung der europäischen Entwick-lung für das Wirtschaftsstrafrecht thematisiert.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende der Schwerpunktbereiche.
Es wird eine SPB-Hausarbeit angeboten.
