Das Seminar vermittelt einen Überblick über Verfahren zur Verhaltensbeobachtung und diagnostische Interviews. Es werden jene methodischen Kenntnisse vermittelt, die die Studierenden in die Lage versetzen, die Güte der besprochenen Verfahren anhand einschlägiger Standards zu beurteilen. Kennzeichen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten der beiden Erhebungsverfahren in verschiedenenden psychologischen Anwendungsfeldern werden betrachtet, analysiert und kritisiert. Die theoretischen Grundlagen der Verfahren werden erarbeitet und die praktische Durchführung geübt.
