In diesem Seminar stellen psychologische Sachverständige ihre Fälle vor. Studierende sind dazu eingeladen daran teilzunehmen, sowie Fragen zu stellen und eigene Ideen einfließen zu lassen. Thematischer Schwerpunkt sind Sorgerechts- oder Herausnahmefragestellungen. Zur Einführung kann der Text "Redlich, aber falsch - zur psychologischen Problematik des Beweiswertes von Zeugenaussagen" von Undeutsch und Klein genutzt werden aus der Zeitschrift /Juristische Praxis./ Leistungpunkte oder Scheine können in dieser Veranstaltung nicht erworben werden.
