In dem Seminar werden ausgehend von Erfahrungen, die im Praxissemster gemacht wurden, die Themenbereiche Heterogenität, individuelle Förderung und Binnendifferenzierung bearbeitet. Hierbei geht es insbesondere darum, retrospektiv am Praxissemster anzuschließen, gemachte Erfahrungen und identifizierte Herausforderungen zu erörtern und so Handlungsalternativen mit dem Hinblick auf das Referendariat zu erarbeiten.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich ausdrücklich an Studierende, die das Praxissemster bereits absolviert haben und somit über ein gewisses Maß an eigens durchgeführtem Unterricht verfügen.
