Im Seminar werden Konzepte der Organisationsentwicklung und -forschung im Hinblick auf die Umsetzung einer adressatengerechten und entwicklungsfördernden Beratung von Lernenden in der Schule diskutiert. Dazu wird unter anderem das Setting schulspezifischer Beratung spezifiziert und mit Aspekten pädagogischer Beratung kontrastiert. Zudem werden die Folgen einer institutionalisierten Beratung für Schülerinnen und Schüler herausgearbeitet sowie Chancen und Grenzen der Implementierung pädagogischer Beratung in der Schule in den Blick genommen.
