Dies ist der erste Teil des Moduls V (BSC Psychologie).
Neben einer Einführung in Grundbegriffe, Paradigmen und Forschungsmethoden der klinischen Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychologie gibt die Vorlesung einen Überblick über die wichtigsten psychischen Störungen des Kindes- und Jugendalters. Dabei wird jeweils auf die Symptomatik, Klassifikation, Epidemiologie, Verlauf und auf störungsspezifische Erklärungsansätze zur Ätiologie der Störungen eingegangen. Exemplarisch wird auch auf psychische Aspekte bei körperlichen Erkrankungen des Kindes- und Jugendalters eingegangen (z. B. Asthma, Krebserkrankungen, Neurodermitis)

Regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme an V.1 und V.2 und erfolgreiche benotete modulbezogene Einzelleistung.
Die Modulprüfung wird nach Abschluss von V.2 in Form einer Klausur von 90 Minuten über den Inhalt der Vorlesung und ein Lehrbuch absolviert.
