990030 Kick-Off-Mentoring Promotionsprogramm - Online Kurs/Kick-Off-Mentoring PhD programme - Online course (AngSelb) (WiSe 2026/2027)

Mit dem asynchronen Online Kick-Off erhalten Teilnehmende des Promotionsprogramms eine flexible Alternative zum Präsenz-Kick-Off des Mentoringprogramms. Da der Einstieg in das Promotionsprogramm jederzeit möglich ist und der Präsenz-Kick-Off nur einmal jährlich stattfindet (in der Regel im Frühjahr), können Sie die grundlegenden Inhalte zeit- und ortsunabhängig online bearbeiten.

Der Kurs vermittelt Ihnen einen Überblick über das Mentoringprogramm und bereitet Sie auf die Suche nach einer passenden Mentorin oder einem passenden Mentor vor. Er ist in folgende Module gegliedert:

Einführung – Überblick über das Mentoringprogramm und den Kursaufbau
Modul 01: Mentoring mit Perspektive – Ziele, Chancen und Mehrwert eines Mentorings
Modul 02: Mein perfekter Mentor – Reflexion der eigenen Erwartungen und Entwicklung eines Anforderungsprofils
Modul 03: Mentorensuche – Strategien und praktische Hinweise für die Suche und Ansprache einer geeigneten Mentorin oder eines geeigneten Mentors

The asynchronous online kick-off offers participants in the PhD programme a flexible alternative to the face-to-face kick-off for the mentoring programme. As you can join the PhD programme at any time and the face-to-face kick-off takes place only once a year (usually in the spring), you can work through the core content online at a time and place of your choosing.

The course provides you with an overview of the mentoring programme and prepares you for the search for a suitable mentor. It is structured into the following modules:

Introduction – Overview of the mentoring programme and the course structure
Modules 01: Mentoring with a vision – Goals, opportunities and added value of mentoring
Modules 02: My ideal mentor – Reflecting on your own expectations and developing a requirements profile
Module 03: Finding a mentor – strategies and practical tips for finding and approaching a suitable mentor

You will receive the login details for the online course in your onboarding pack, which will be sent by post or upon request at pprogramm-psy@uni-bielefeld.de
