Staaten führen Kriege, die Kriege verändern staatliche Strukturen, die kriegsbedingt veränderten staatlichen Strukturen wirken wieder auf die Art des Krieges zurück usw. Diese Dialektik zwischen staatlichen Strukturen und Kriegen sollen im Seminar anhand theoretischer und historischer Texte erörtert werden.
