Die Vorlesung wird gemeinsam von Herrn RiBGH Dr. Georg Zimmermann und Prof. Dr. Barton durchgeführt.
Es besteht Gelegenheit zum Besuch einer Hauptverhandlung vor dem Landgericht Bielefeld und damit zu Einblicken in die Praxis – auch aus rechtspsychologischer Sicht. Strafprozessuale Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert. Als Leistungskontrollen werden Klausuren und Hausarbeiten angeboten.
