Die Vorlesung wird gemeinsam von Herrn RiBGH Dr. Georg Zimmermann und Prof. Dr. Barton durchgeführt.
Es besteht Gelegenheit zum Besuch von Hauptverhandlungen und damit zu Einblicken in die Praxis – auch aus rechtspsychologischer Sicht. Strafprozessuale Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert. Als Leistungskontrollen werden Klausuren und Hausarbeiten angeboten.
