Im Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit den Zusammenhängen von sozialer Ungleichheit, schulischen Erfahrungen und Prozessen der Ausgrenzung. Ausgangspunkt ist die gemeinsame Lektüre des Buches, welches wir mithilfe des Prinzips der Textpat*innen in Kleingruppen intensiv diskutieren und analysieren werden. Die Auseinandersetzung mit den Textinhalten wird dabei fortlaufend in den wissenschaftlichen Diskurs zu Bildungsungleichheit, sozialer Herkunft und schulischer Teilhabe eingebettet. Ziel des Seminars ist es, theoretische Perspektiven auf soziale Ungleichheit mit den im Buch dargestellten Erfahrungen und Beobachtungen kritisch zu reflektieren und zu diskutieren.
