Aktiengesellschaften stellen national und international wegen des Zugangs zum börsennotierten Kapitalmarkt die wichtigste Rechtsform wirtschaftlicher Großunternehmen dar. Die Veranstaltung dient dazu, den Studierenden einführend die rechtlichen Hintergründe dieser Kapitalgesellschaften nahezubringen.

Literaturempfehlungen werden zu Beginn der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.
Zur systematischen Übersicht werden die Grundzüge der Veranstaltungung in einem vorlesungsbegleitenden Skript in der Dokumentenablage (passwortgeschützt) bereit gestellt.
