Bildung und Beratung fordert dazu auf mit Erfahrungen umzugehen. In zwei Schritten und in interdisziplinärer Ausrichtung gehen wir Artikulationen von Erfahrung auf die Spur. Dafür steht im ersten Schritt der Personenbezug im Vordergrund und die Frage nach Besonderheiten sprachlichen Ausdrucks und der Wahrnehmung der Wahrnehmung im Kontext des Berufsfeldes der Sozialen Arbeit. Welche Rolle spielen dabei Erfahrungsräume von Geschlecht? Wie lassen sich Performativität, Körpererfahrung und Imagination in Verbindung mit Bildung und Beratung verstehen? Im zweiten Schritt geht es um den Bezug zur Sozialen Arbeit und die Auseinandersetzung mit Artikulationen im Kontext von Organisation und reflexiver Kommunikation. Welche Rollen spielen die fallförmige Problembeschreibung, Interaktion und Digitalität? Welche Herausforderungen und Problemlösungen werden sichtbar? Vorausgesetzt wird die Bereitschaft ausgewählte Texte zu lesen und sich aktiv in die gemeinsame Auseinandersetzung einzubringen. Im Vorgehen nutzen wir unterschiedliches empirisches Material und sprechen über entsprechende Diskurse und Konzepte.
