Warum Organisationstheorie und Beratungspraxis in Zusammenhang bringen? Hier trifft ein disziplinübergreifendes Forschungsfeld mit sehr unterschiedlichen Ansätzen zu Organisation auf pädagogische Beratung. Wobei Beratung als soziale Form mit benennbaren Herausforderungen umgehen muss. Wir werden, mit Blick auf Beratungspraxis, schrittweise relevante Aspekte aus der Organisationstheorie kennen lernen und mithilfe ausgewählter Begriffe und Konzepte auf Anforderungen praktischer pädagogischer Beratung schauen, die selbst in Organisation stattfindet. Vorausgesetzt wird die Bereitschaft ausgewählte Texte zu lesen und sich aktiv in die gemeinsame Auseinandersetzung einzubringen.
