230254 Forschungskolloquium (Ko) (WiSe 2026/2027)

Das Kolloquium verbindet Perspektiven aus Literaturwissenschaft und Linguistik, um Fragestellungen zu diskutieren, die für aktuelle (sozio-)kulturwissenschaftliche Forschung von besonderer Relevanz sind. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Ansätze, die darauf abzielen, die Gegenwart kritisch zu verstehen – was häufig auch eine Auseinandersetzung mit der Vergangenheit voraussetzt.
Ausgehend von den beiden Disziplinen, die traditionell sehr unterschiedliche Forschungsinteressen und -programme verfolgt haben (nicht notwendigerweise im Gegensatz zueinander, sondern oftmals eher nebeneinander), werden zentrale Begriffe wie „Tradition“, „Gender“, „Ethnie“, „Mobilität“, „Ökologie“, „Narrativ“ u. a. aus beiden Perspektiven beleuchtet.
Darüber hinaus wird über das Potenzial, aber auch die Grenzen von theoretischen Modellen reflektiert, die in einer der beiden Disziplinen entwickelt wurden und auf die jeweils andere übertragen werden können. Gleichzeitig werden die zum Teil erheblichen Unterschiede in den Erkenntnisinteressen und methodischen Zugängen innerhalb der beiden Fächer aufgezeigt und in ihren wissenschaftsgeschichtlichen Kontext eingeordnet.
Im Rahmen des Kolloquiums werden wir die gemeinsame Diskussion wissenschaftlicher Texte zu den genannten Themen mit Vorträgen und Diskussionen mit Gastwissenschaftler:innen verbinden.
