Wenn Unterricht unter dem Anspruch strukturiert wird, Lernanforderungen angepasst an unterschiedliche Lernausgangslagen zu individualisieren, kann dies auch durch die Art von Aufgaben sowie durch die Art der Bearbeitung von Aufgaben umgesetzt werden. Entsprechend setzen sich die Teilnehmer mit verschiedenen Aufgabenformaten und verschiedenen Funktionen wie Üben, Erarbeiten, Entwickeln etc. bezogen auf den Primar- und SEK I-Bereich auseinander. Der Stationenbetrieb als eine Art der Umsetzung wird daraufhin reflektiert. Exemplarisch werden Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung unter dem Anspruch über Lernstationen individuelle Anforderungen zu setzen entwickelt.
