Die Veranstaltung beschäftigt sich mit den wichtigsten Mitteln, die zur Verfügung stehen, um eine Kreditforderung für den Fall der Leistungsunfähigkeit des Schuldners abzusichern. Im Anschluss an die Klausur werden eine Abschlussklausur sowie eine Hausarbeit angeboten.
