Die Veranstaltung setzt den Grundkurs Strafrecht AT 1 aus dem Wintersemester 2015/2016 fort. Dabei werden in der Vorlesung im Anschluss an die Vorveranstaltung u.a. folgende Themenkomplexe aus den allgemeinen Lehren des Strafrechts erörtert:
- Entschuldigungsgründe, Schuldausschließungsgründe
- Unterlassungsdelikte
- Versuchte Straftat
- Täterschaft und Teilnahme
- Fahrlässigkeitsdelikte
Aus dem Besonderen Teil werden die Delikte gegen die Person behandelt.
Zur besseren Veranschaulichung der allgemeinen Lehren werden Fälle aus dem Bereich der Delikte gegen die Person behandelt. Daraus ergibt sich eine thematische Vernetzung der beiden Schwerpunkte der Veranstaltung.
In den die Lehrveranstaltung begleitenden Tutorials werden kleinere Fälle bearbeitet und die zu ihrer Lösung erforderlichen Techniken vermittelt.
Leistungsnachweise
Grundstudium: Es werden eine Klausur und eine Hausarbeit zu Ende des Semesters angeboten. Die genaueren Termine werden durch das Prüfungsamt bekannt gegeben.
